I don’t, actually. I really want to though! It’s just that my gym doesn’t offer classes like that, and I can;t afford a separate memberships to a yoga/pilates studio :/

You have a right to your opinion.. and I have a right to disagree with it. 

I post pictures of girls that I think look like they’re in good shape/fit/healthy. If you see them differently, it’s your opinion.

I could link you to SO many other blogs that ACTUALLY post pictures of dangerously thin girls with ribs, hips, etc so prominent you’d swear you were looking at a skeleton with leather draped over it. And the people who run them can’t stop talking about how badly they wish they looked like that. But I won’t do that because I’m not about to go and single people out.

I can’t say I’ve ever had that happen to me before no :/ I’m not sure if you measured your hips or what or how you know for sure they change throughout the day.. maybe it depends on the time of day you did it? I know I’m always a little skinnier in the morning (for obvious reasons).

You’ve probably heard before that there’s no way to target where your body loses weight, so I can’t suggest any way to lose weight on just your hips. It’s genetics and your body decides for itself where to burn fat off of first, there’s no controlling it unfortunately :/

I’m not exactly sure what you think you’re referring to, anon. If you mean the fact that I want to lose weight and struggled with an ED in the past then, um yes… I’m aware that’s a serious thing. But there are also girls on here with thinspo blogs that are in much worse shape than I’ve ever been sooo….

If you’re referring to my relationship/getting over my ex issues that I talk about every now and then, then I don’t think I would say something’s “seriously wrong” because everyone goes through breakups and has their issues getting over someone.

Honestly, I don’t even know why I’ve bothered to answer this question because even if you follow me closely you still know nothing about me. You’ve kind of got me really annoyed.

So... I feel so bad. I was in the 500-800 calorie diet, I was doing so fine but today I got really depressed and ate. COMPLETELY broke the diet. What can I do to recover from the BIG meal I had and get back on track?

First off I just need to say that maxing out at 800 calories a day is NOT healthy! You need to be eating about 1200 a day or your body will go into starvation mode.

That being said..

The best way to recover from a binge: Drink tons of water (not all at once, duh) and eat really healthy for your next several meals. I’m not saying don’t eat a lot, I’m saying eat HEALTHY. Fruits, veggies, protein. As far as I know there’s nothing dramatic you can do other than pick yourself up, shake it off, and move on and continue to treat your body they way it should be treated.

If you try really hard (and do it the HEALTHY way) I’d say you could lose 2-3 pounds! That could vary a lot depending on your height/weight though, so it’s hard to say without more information.

Eat REALLY healthy (fruits, veggies, yogurt, etc) and workout every day if you can getting in at last 30 mins of cardio!

Everyone hits plateaus! I hit a couple last semester when I was still trying really hard. I’m definitely no expert but I didn’t really do anything different to get out of it and just kind of slowly started losing weight again.

If you do want to do something a little different I’d say to try to stick to the lower end of your usual calorie range (1200) but going anywhere below that isn’t healthy!

10. Who was your first kiss with? My first kiss was actually with the very ex that I’m STILL trying to get over and post about right now. Freshman year of college haha (call me a late bloomer :P) He was my first everything :/

35. Have you ever kissed someone older than you? Yup! I’m sure there’s been more than one but the one that sticks out the most is with a guy that was 28 (I was 20 at the time). I’d say 8 years is a pretty good gap!

61. What is the first thing you notice in someone? The first thing you notice about someone is always their looks (I think wether we like it or not haha) and for me in particular I think it’s their eyes and smile. And if they have/look good with scruff!

73. What’s something sweet you’d like someone to do for you? Honestly the littlest of gestures make me happy. A simple text to let me know someone is thinking about me really makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. As for something bigger though (and you’d have to know me really well for this one because I never really admit to anyone when I’m down, at least not outside of tumblr haha) I would love for someone to take note when I’m in a shitty/depressed mood and visit me just to cuddle and hangout and watch my favorite movies. When I’m sick on op of it they’d get extra points :P Maybe it’s not that big of a thing but hey. Does that make sense?

13. Do you get jealous easily? It really depends. If it involves a guy I like/have a crush on that I kind of want to be my boyfriend but isn’t yet, then yes haha I want them other girls to back off :P But if a guy is officially my boyfriend, I know that he is mine and trust him to do the right thing, so I don’t really care how hard other girls try or who he talks to. To an extent at least!

18. Do you masturbate? Yes haha. I’m pretty sure everyone does whether they admit it or not!

24. Do you think you’ll be married in 5 years? At this point I would have to say definitely not. That would only make me 26. I don’t know, at this point there is no one in my life that I could even remotely see myself spending the rest of my life with so it’s hard to picture it any other way.

 21. The one place I want to be right now. Honestly.. this answer might seem a little ridiculous. My bad. But it involves being with the guy I’m developing a huge crush on (I know him from school and also work with him). I just can’t decide if I wish I was in bed cuddling with him… or  having sex with him. Seriously cuddling is usually #1 for me but let’s face it… it’s been a while -__-

31. What I would do if I won the lottery. First off… scream at the tops of my lungs haha. Then I would probably donate some to breast cancer research (typical answer but hey it runs in my fam soo yeah). Then I’d give my parents money for any and all renovations/additions they’ve been wanting to make to the house. Especially the kitchen. Then I would buy a Ducati, and a Maserati (fuck yeah Italians things that go fast). The rest I would probably just put in the bank and spend as things came up :P

Mainly just looking at pictures of me and realizing I had slowly been gaining weight over the past few years. I didn’t have any major weight gain or anything but a few pounds a year starting back at the beginning of high school stats to add up. So I’m doing it for me, to look and feel better and for the added self confidence :)
